1. What the service is
Vibeo Studio is a service operated by EVOX S.R.L.S., with registered office at Circonvallazione Alfredo Oriani 2, 37122 Verona (VR), Italy, VAT number IT04497460230. It is not a self-serve sign-up tool. Access is granted only after you apply through the “Apply now” form and our team approves your application, then builds a tailored platform for each creator we admit.
2. Access requirements
The service is for adults only (18+). Both creators and subscribers must complete identity verification before using the platform. Providing truthful information is mandatory: false statements may lead to immediate account suspension.
3. Your account and responsibilities
Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for any activity carried out through your account. Let us know immediately about any unauthorized access.
4. Content you upload
You keep full ownership of the content you upload. You grant Vibeo Studio a limited, non-exclusive license needed to host, protect (blur, watermark, geo-blocking) and deliver your content to authorized subscribers. Uploading illegal or non-consensual content, or content involving minors, is strictly forbidden: such content will be removed and the account suspended, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Privacy tools
Auto-blur, dynamic watermarking and geo-blocking are provided “as is” to help you protect your identity and your content. It is up to you to set them up for your needs: Vibeo Studio cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible attempt at identification or unauthorized sharing.
6. Payments and cashout
The fees charged, accepted currencies and payout schedule are shown in your account area. Earnings can be withdrawn at the end of each month. Vibeo Studio may run anti-fraud checks before approving a withdrawal. Any taxes due on your earnings are your responsibility.
7. Coupons and promotions
Coupons and promotions created through the platform follow the conditions set when they are created. Vibeo Studio may cancel a coupon in case of fraudulent or abusive use.
8. Suspension and closure
Vibeo Studio may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask to close your account and delete your data at any time, subject to the retention obligations required by law (e.g. tax data).
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Vibeo Studio does not guarantee any specific level of earnings and is not responsible for content uploaded by users or for misuse of the platform by third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or changes to the service. We will give you reasonable notice of any significant change.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction set by applicable law, based on whether you are acting as a consumer or a professional.
