1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this site and the Vibeo Studio platform is EVOX S.R.L.S., with registered office at Circonvallazione Alfredo Oriani 2, 37122 Verona (VR), Italy, VAT number IT04497460230. For any privacy-related request you can write to privacy@evox.gg or to our certified email address evox@pec.it.
2. What data we collect
We collect: (a) application data — name or stage name, email, main social channel, and the message you send through the “Apply now” form; (b) identity verification data — ID document and confirmation selfie, required from both creators and subscribers to confirm legal age and prevent fraud; (c) platform usage data — uploaded content, blur/watermark/geo-blocking settings, traffic and transaction statistics; (d) payment data — handled by our third-party payment providers, of which we only keep essential references (e.g. amounts, dates), never full card details.
3. Why we process your data
We use your data to: assess applications and build a tailored platform for each creator; verify the identity and legal age of creators and subscribers; run the service (content hosting, automatic blur, watermark, geo-blocking, live streaming, chat, coupons); process payments and cashouts; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to support requests; and, with your consent, send you service-related communications.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of contract performance or pre-contractual steps (application and service activation), legal obligations (age verification, anti-money-laundering rules), consent (optional communications), and legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention).
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your relationship with Vibeo Studio lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations. Identity verification documents are stored encrypted, with access limited to authorized staff.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers strictly needed to run the service: payment processors, hosting and cloud infrastructure, and anti-fraud identity verification tools. We never sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Transfers outside the EU
If some providers are located outside the European Economic Area, a transfer only happens where adequate safeguards are in place (e.g. European Commission standard contractual clauses) or towards countries covered by an adequacy decision.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@evox.gg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — encryption of sensitive data, access granted on a need-to-know basis, access monitoring — to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
10. Minors
Vibeo Studio is a platform for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we verify the age of every creator and subscriber before activating an account.
